Our philosophy has always been the construction of safe machines.
For this reason, in 1995 we introduced hydraulic cylinder opening as a standard feature. A few years later, we added disc braking with double calipers and offered dual motorization as standard, providing variable clutch control that would revolutionize the way open mixers are used.
The thick side frames we use ensure maximum machine stability, further enhanced by our steel plate base mounted on anti-vibration supports — up to 43 on 100” mills.
The cylinder drive system can be either electric or hydraulic, using the well-known and proven Bosch-Hägglunds systems.
The hydraulic cylinder opening is controlled by a special power unit with redundant valves. Our standard opening is 100 mm — twice the amount required by regulations — because we believe that the greater the distance between the cylinders, the higher the operator's safety.
