Our presence in the automotive extrusion sector is so strong that we can confidently say we are the undisputed leaders in this field.
Together with our customers, we have developed and tested a special feeding system that ensures the best pressure stability at the head—now achievable with an extruder without using a gear pump.
Our extruders are designed to minimize maintenance and intervention times, while also reducing overall footprint, allowing up to 4 extruders to be connected to the same head while maintaining machine flatness.
Since 2010, our barrels come standard with tungsten carbide coating, guaranteeing a lifespan up to six times longer than conventional nitriding.
The screws can be supplied according to our design or the customer's design, and can be fully nitrided or nitrided with TIG5 coated crests to increase durability.
